How the score is built
Understanding how we evaluate neighborhood investment potential. Same inputs, same score — grades are never re-rolled.
The PropertyPulse Investment Score is a comprehensive, data-driven metric (0-100 scale) that evaluates neighborhood investment potential across five key categories. Each category is weighted based on its impact on long-term property appreciation and returns.
Extensive research shows that these five categories—growth indicators, housing market dynamics, infrastructure development, quality of life, and economic fundamentals—are the strongest predictors of long-term property appreciation and investment returns. By weighting them appropriately, we provide an objective, comprehensive view of investment potential.
